標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀依據(jù)GB/T 19789-2005設(shè)計和制造，采用庫侖電量法原理。適用于塑料薄膜、片材及塑料瓶袋等包裝容器在空氣中或純氧中的透氧性測試。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T 19789-2005 、ASTM D 3985、 ASTM F2622 、ASTM F 1927 、ASTM F 1307 、ISO 15105-2 、YBB00082003、DIN 53380-3 、JIS K-7126-B等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀設(shè)計原理：電量法原理，國際流行測試方法，測試腔分上下兩部分，薄膜固定在中間，高純氧氣在薄膜的上腔流動，高純氮氣在薄膜的下腔流動，氧分子透過薄膜擴散到另一側(cè)的氮氣中，被流動的氮氣攜帶至傳感器，通過對傳感器測量到的氧氣濃度進行分析，從而計算出氧氣透過量。對于包裝容器而言，氮氣則在容器內(nèi)流動，空氣或高純氧氣包圍在容器的外側(cè)。
標(biāo)際藥包材透氧儀操作界面：良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能，能識別外部因素造成的波動并能標(biāo)識和剔除，所有測試數(shù)據(jù)均訥訥個自動保存到數(shù)據(jù)庫。試驗報告采用分時段截取試驗數(shù)據(jù)并顯示相關(guān)波形圖，方便用戶分析。
